The Project

As well as providing emergency relief during famines, Save the Children has been working across Ethiopia since 1932 to assist with health, education and welfare. The project that Thirst Aid helps to support is taking place in the rural Sayint district in the north east of Ethiopia, where over 90% of the population are subsistence farmers.
